Bithiah's Family Services

Bithiah’s Family Services provides wraparound services to Foster Families, Kinship Families, Reunifying Families and those that work with vulnerable children. Through trauma informed trainings, support groups, tangible necessities, mental health services and crisis housing, Bithiah’s is committed to caring for vulnerable children and teens.

Keith and Michelle Thompson founded Bithiah's in 2014, after years of being licensed foster parents themselves.  Seeing the great need for temporary placement of babies and toddlers in the foster care system, and the lack of support for those caring for vulnerable children, they decided to open a facility that would be able to care for and treat multiple children and  their families.  Bithiah’s Family Services provides not only crisis housing but also training, support and resources to those working with vulnerable children.

This year, 2024, we have chosen Bithiah's as one of our Outreach Projects.  Our hope is to supply Pull-Ups in sizes 4T-5T-6T and Baby Wipes on an ongoing basis, and during the summer to help provide School Supplies for foster kids getting ready to go back to school.  These are the items that Bithiah currently needs the most urgent help with.
