Our goal is to fill 12 Shoeboxes, ALL for Boys age 10-14.  We have learned that this is the category that is most in need of shoeboxes.  The two charts below list suggested items for the shoeboxes.  Please let Joy know what items you would like to contribute and she'll add your name to the list to prevent duplications. 

 

Please remove all items from their original packaging (except as noted below) because 

1. More items can fit inside the shoebox

2. Most of the countries where these shoeboxes go have no real trash disposal systems, and we don't want to add to their "garbage". 

 

Please buy items that will last.  It may cost a little more, but remember, these kids may have never received any kind of gift ever, and how sad if something breaks right away. Do for them as you would for your own grandkids.

What NOT to Buy:  NO liquids or lotions, NO food items, NO candy of any kind, NO toothpaste, NO war-related items (toy guns, knives, military figures), NO glass/breakable items, NO used or damaged items, NO items that have an expiration date.
