About Our Group

We are "Seasoned" Ladies who love to laugh, talk, share, play, hug, and enjoy life to the fullest.  Our chronological age may be 50 or more, but in our hearts we are and always will be "Little Girls".

We are an official chapter of the Red Hat Society, our chapter number is 50116, and our chapter name is . . .

F.R.I.E.N.D.S. of the Red Hat Kind

F.R.I.E.N.D.S. is an acronym which stands for:

Fun-loving, Rambunctious, Intelligent, Energetic,

Nurturing, Dependable, Sisters

of the Red Hat Kind

How It All Started

Before we joined the Red Hat Society, we were a Women's Small Group at Inland Hills Church.  In late 2004, a few of our Small Group ladies met a group of Red Hat Ladies at the musical "Menopause", and after talking to them, decided our small group absolutely had to become Red Hatters as well.  We formed our chapter in January of 2005, and we've never looked back.  Over the years, some of our original members have left, a few are still here, some who left have come back, new ladies have joined, we've been large and small in number, but through it all, we've had a lot of fun, many laughs, our friendships have grown, we've gone places and had adventures that we probably would never do alone, and we've made a ton of memories together.  We currently have 14 supporting members, all proudly wearing our Red Hats.  We love and pray for each other, and we really enjoy sharing experiences and doing life together.

Our chapter is headed up by Queen Olive Us (All-Of-Us). She is in charge and she makes sure we know it!!  She allows us to take turns planning our events, and whoever is planning the activity for the month is "Queen Olive Us" for that month.

We enjoy being together, we have tons of fun, and we are grateful and blessed by the strong and continually growing friendships we have with each other.
