November Event - Roger's Gardens

Walking through a garden is so refreshing - enjoying God's creativity and imagination, finding new ideas for our own gardens, breathing fresh air and feeling the sunshine, and best of all, doing it with FRIENDS. And if we find something that is perfect for our own home/yard, we can buy it and take it home. Roger's Gardens is such a beautiful place, it's gonna be a great day.

What Are We Doing? Strolling through the beautiful Roger's Gardens and the large variety of shops, and having "linner" afterwards at True Food Kitchen, 451 Newport Center Dr (in Fashion Island) Newport Beach, CA

Plan for the Day:

10:00AM - Meet at Roger's Gardens, stroll through the gardens and browse the shops.
3:00PM(ish) - "Linner" at True Food Kitchen after we finish strolling and shopping.

About Roger's Gardens:

Hours: Daily 9AM to 6PM
Many pathways through garden-like settings, ideal for picking up ideas for your own yard
Infinite variety of trees, plants and flowers
Endless shopping - home decor, furniture, garden tools and accessories, fountains, planters and containers, anything and everything

Shopping - Optional (but SO tempting)
Linner - True Food Kitchen Click here for menu (The menu doesn't have prices, but most items are under $20.00)
Gas Fee - See Below

Note:

Eat breakfast before leaving home
Bring snacks if needed to hold you over until "Linner"

Carpools: If you wish to carpool, please contact the ladies who live in your area and arrange to drive together.

Formula for Gas Fee: Total Round Trip Mileage ÷ 20 (MPG) x $7 (cost of gas per gallon & wear/tear on car)

Wear: FRIENDS shirt or something Purple, comfy walking shoes, and your Red Hat, preferably with a brim to shade your face..
