July Event - Medieval Times, Buena Park

How 'about spending the afternoon at Medieval Times.  We'll eat dinner with our fingers (silverware available on request), and we'll cheer for our Knight in the jousting tournament.  Beautiful horses, handsome knights, the flight of the falcon, it's bound to be a really fun afternoon.

Meet Time & Place:  1:30pm-ish - Medieval Times, 7662 Beach Blvd, Buena Park

  • Showtime:  2:00PM

What Are We Doing?  Enjoying a four-course meal while watching  almost two hours of jousting, swordsmanship, thrilling hand-to-hand combat, displays of extraordinary horsemanship and falconry as part of a riveting true story set in Medieval Spain, and based upon authentic Medieval history with documentation dating back to the 11th Century.

Cost:  $77.95 (includes meal, show, tax & fees.)  Gratuity is extra and payable that day after the show.

​

Menu:  Garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, roasted chicken, sweet buttered corn, herb-basted potatoes, dessert of the Castle, coffee and two rounds of select non-alcoholic beverages.  

  • Silverware is available upon request.

  • Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten-Free Meals are available upon request -  please let server know when you are seated.   

    • Vegan Meal:  Generous serving of hummus with carrot and celery sticks, a main course featuring three-bean stew with fire-roasted tomato and brown rice, and a choice of fresh fruit or Italian ice for dessert. 

    • Vegetarian Meal:  Includes all of the vegan dishes along with a side of warm pita bread. 

    • Gluten-free Meal:  Includes tomato bisque soup, hummus, carrot and celery sticks, and the main course of roasted chicken, sweet buttered corn and herb-basted potato, as well as a choice of fresh fruit or Italian ice for dessert. 

 

Wear:  FRIENDS shirt (or something purple) and a Red Hat.

Carpools:  Please try to carpool with the ladies in your area.  

Formula for Gas Fee: Total Round Trip Mileage ÷ 20 (MPG) x $6 (cost of gas per gallon & wear/tear on car)
